Safety Consultants – We want to hear from you!

Safety consultants using our Inspection App to inspect your customers’ work sites, we plan to expand and improve our Inspection App to better serve your industry group (e.g. Safety Consulting, Insurance Loss Control, etc.) and we want to hear from you. Please find below a few ideas for how we plan to improve the Safety Reports Inspection App, and let us know what you think!

  • Add an option to record hours (prep, travel, onsite, report writing, etc.) within the app. The goal would be to create weekly or monthly reports of all your site visits that could be used for billing.
  • Integrate the app with various accounting softwares that would allow you to generate and send an invoice immediately following your site visit.
  • Option to integrate your inspections with your calendar. You would be able to schedule site visits within the inspection app and have them automatically loaded to your calendar (e.g., Google, Microsoft Outlook, etc.).
  • Create client specific dashboard pages. There would be a charge for this service, but it could be passed along to the client. This would be particularly beneficial to your larger clients who have a lot of data in the system. The dashboard would be specific to inspections, listing jobsites visited, average score, top 10 issues, and enhanced corrective action tracking features.

There will be more to come on this in the coming months, but in the meantime safety consultant and loss control specialist please send us your comments and suggestions regarding feature enhancements specific to your needs and industry.
