In addition, all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

ToolWatch Corporation allows for site visitors to register for products, services and information by entering limited personal information (name, address, email, phone) to provide the visitor with information regarding the ToolWatch Corporation Safety Reports products and services. The information collected by ToolWatch is used to provide users with product information in the form of newsletters, marketing communications, product updates, phone calls and other communication mediums.
ToolWatch does not sell or provide the information collected to any third party. Any site visitor who has provided personal User Information* may request to have their personally identifiable information modified or removed by following the instructions in the section below labeled Right of Access, Modify, Remove.
ToolWatch Corporation is not required to comply with CCPA based upon the criteria set forth, including company size, number of California user information collected/maintained, and because we do not sell or market User Information. Notwithstanding, ToolWatch Corporation does abide by and allow you to have your User Information* removed per the CCPA requirements.
*User Information contained within an Enterprise Account where the user was an employee, contractor, or subordinate, will be required to receive permission in writing from the owning Enterprise Account to remove information.
COPPA (Children Online Privacy Protection Act)
When it comes to collecting personal information from children under the age of 13, the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) puts parents in control. The Federal Trade Commission, the United States’ consumer protection agency, enforces the COPPA Rule, which spells out what operators of websites and online services must do to protect children’s privacy and safety online.
We do not specifically market to children under 13 years old.
Fair Information Practices
The Fair Information Practices Principles form the backbone of privacy law in the United States. To comply with Fair Information Practices, should a confirmed Data Breach occur involving your User Information, we will notify you via in-site notification within 7 business days. For avoidance of doubt, Data Breach will be defined as the unauthorized access or exfiltration of sensitive User Information such as credit cards, social security numbers, or confidential information from Safety Reports Systems.
We also agree to the Individual Redress Principle, which requires that individuals have the right to legally pursue enforceable rights against data collectors and processors who fail to adhere to the law. This principle requires not only that individuals have enforceable rights against data users, but also that individuals have recourse to courts or government agencies to investigate and/or prosecute non-compliance by data processors.
CAN SPAM Act
The CAN-SPAM Act is a law that sets the rules for commercial email, establishes requirements for commercial messages, gives recipients the right to have emails stopped from being sent to them, and spells out tough penalties for violations.

Mobile App Usage
The Safety Reports platform includes mobile app software for use by you. This usage can include access to the camera, GPS positioning information, phone dialer, email, text messaging, and other features. Usage of these and other features requires your approval before use. Once approved, any information, including GPS positioning data, photos, messages, etc., utilized by the application or service can be used as a part of the service offering.
EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
Any Customers (You) of Safety Reports who are subject to the rules and regulations stipulated under the GDPR, are considered “data controllers” and thus require that you have a written agreement or permission for all data that is processed by SafetyReports (the “data processor”). This will include information entered and maintained within Safety Reports, including employees and users that use Safety Reports products and services and any companies, sub-contractors, responsible parties, or other data that might be collected during an inspection or audit that could personally identify a person or persons.
Right of Use
To comply with the GDPR, our legal grounds for “processing” and maintaining personal data are to 1) perform the functions provided within the Safety Reports products and services, 2) contact you or personal contacts entered by you, regarding our products and services and 3) asking your consent on changes and use of your data. In addition, Safety Reports may be subject to certain legal requirements that may cause you to provide certain personal information if requested by an authorized law enforcement body.
Right of Access, Modify, Remove
You have the right to access or request a copy of the personal information about you and any other personally identifiable information, including the companies, subcontractors, and other third-party information provided by you and maintained by Safety Reports. In addition, you may request that any personal information about you or others be modified or removed (deleted) from Safety Reports products and services.
