Each year, OSHA comes out with a report on their most cited violations.  And, each year, the violations tend to be the same, for the most part. But they are still worth reviewing.  Check out OSHA’s latest Top 10 List in the April 2021 Safety+Health Journal. 

Not only do they show the Top 10 Violations by category (e.g. Fall Protection, Ladders, PPE, etc.), but they also list the top 5 violations within each of the categories.
