Step one:

 Contact Safety Reports and request to have the PlanGrid Settings admin module enabled.


STEP TWO:

 From the Safety Reports admin console select the “PlanGrid Settings” menu item.


STEP THREE:

From the PlanGrid Settings module select the “Authorize Safety Reports to use my PlanGrid data” link.

STEP FOUR:

The following new window will be displayed


STEP FIVE:

Click on the “Give Permission” button to authorize Safety Reports to use your PlanGrid data. Note: If you are not currently logged into PlanGrid you will be presented with a screen to enter your username and password before being presented with the “Give Permission” button.


STEP SIX:

Once you have given Safety Reports permission to use your PlanGrid data you will be redirected to the Safety Reports PlanGrid Settings module where you should see a list of your Safety Reports admins that have configured PlanGrid and a list of your PlanGrid projects.


STEP SEVEN:

You will now be able to associate Safety Reports inspections with PlanGrid projects through the Inspection Maintenance admin screen, the user web site and the mobile application.


STEP EIGHT:

Once an inspection has been associated to a PlanGrid project, when the inspection is submitted and the report is generated it will be automatically sent to PlanGrid and placed in the selected projects Documents\Safety Reports folder.


STEP NINE:

You can also run and schedule Corrective Action Tracking reports for specific PlanGrid projects. When these scheduled reports are run they will be automatically sent to PlanGrid and placed in the selected projects Documents\Safety Reports folder as seen in the screen shot above.
