OSHA has again cited Jose A. Serrato, an independent roofing contractor based in Marietta, Ga. — this time for exposing employees to fall hazards at a worksite in Birmingham, Ala., and for failing to re-train employees who did not demonstrate that they could recognize fall hazards. The employer, who has been cited seven times in the past five years, faces $133,604 in new penalties.
